Lily Allen and Cheryl Cole’s feud appears to have been resurrected on Twitter.

The ‘Smile’ singer took to the popular social network to comment on the news that Cole’s ex-Girls Aloud bandmate Sarah Harding had been involved in a physical fight with her boyfriend and could even be charged with assault.

Lily tweeted: “wow 40% of Girls Aloud will have been charged with assault.”

Although she didn’t respond directly to Lily’s tweet, Cheryl then posted “I’ve been on here 4 months but still feel a little new to this.. What does this button do…???” and then unfollowed Lily.

Tensions between Lily and Cheryl arose in in 2007, when Cheryl labelled Lily ‘a chick with a d*ck’ and Lily responded by calling Cheryl a ‘stupid bitch’.
