Kelly Jones has admitted that the Stereophonics are looking forward to the BT London Live concert in Hyde Park. The Stereophonics are set to appear alongside Snow Patrol, Duran Duran and Paolo Nutini for the gig to mark the beginning of the 2012 London Olympics – and revealed that he plans to be patriotic and wear a Wales football kit at the event.

Arctic Monkeys speak on follow-up to Suck It and See

Arctic Monkeys have given an update on their plans for the follow-up to their fourth studio album Suck It and See. Bassist Nick O’ Malley told Spinner magazine “It’s quite early days yet. We’ve not really got any songs for it at all, so it’s difficult to say what the record will be like. But we’re enjoying playing sort of fast songs at the minute, so maybe that’ll be an indication that it may go that way”.
