The Enemy announce four dates for May

February 21, 2012

After releasing their new single, ‘Gimme The Sign’ as a free download following its first play on Zane Lowe, The Enemy have announced a mini tour to promote their third album, ‘Streets In The Sky’, starting in Leeds on May 5th.

The Coventry band shot to fame in 2007 with their platinum album, ‘We’ll Live and Die in These Towns’, which included the now indie anthems, ‘Away From Here’ and ‘Had Enough’. Their second album, ‘Music For The People’ carried on the band’s commercial success, reaching number two in the UK charts.

Having performed their new single for the first-time at an intimate gig in their home town last Thursday, where the 350 tickets sold out in a matter of minutes, Tom Clarke and co will also play gigs in Manchester and London before ending in Glasgow on May 25th.

Full Tour Dates:
Leeds – May 5th
Manchester Academy – May 23rd
London, Shepherds Bush Empire – May 24th
Glasgow, ABC – May 25th

Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday 24th February at 9am.
